Scottish Water is about to start a major project on its waste water infrastructure in the West End of Glasgow to improve the environment and water quality in the River Kelvin.

Scottish Water customers in one of the most picturesque areas of the country are now benefiting from a multi-million pounds investment by the utility after the completion of work on a new water treatment plant.

Work started in Jaunary 2018 on a £2.8m investment project to improve Scottish Water’s waste water infrastructure and tackle flooding in Greenock town centre.
